I have made 2 short galleries of photos, one of people, one of pretty scenes in Antarctica. They can be accessed by clicking Image galleries on the left side of this page.
Each thumbnail image when clicked becomes a larger image, that image can be enlarged yet again by clicking Original at the bottom of the image.
From the larger pictures, you can return to the thumbnails via the browser back/previous button. Right clicking on a picture allows you to copy it to your computer.

My focus for photography in that Cold White Place was on the magnificent landscapes. Many of us popped photos onto the common CD, but there is a dearth of people shots. I suspect many wouldn't mind photos of themselves in the Deep South, so here are some of mine. Some are blurry, some are composed poorly, but that is what I have. I went to Antarctica for the view scape, the people stuff became more important in retrospect. If you want any larger versions, please leave a note in a reply.

Some of the gobsmacking views… 10 days in another world. Because Antarctica & the islands are almost entirely covered in snow, there is barely any dust in the air, giving the scenes that extra clarity normally only found on mornings after a rain.
